Meet the Authors
The series, titled Bear Learns, follows the journeys of its loveable central character, Bear, who - with the help of his furry friends - finds practical ways to deal with the little things that create big worries for so many little bears. Created by two cousins, Deirdre Brandner and talented illustrator Jennifer Whelan, have created these sweet, authentic stories are lovingly formulated to have lasting, positive impact on young readers aged 3-9 years; entertaining and providing a path to emotional assurance at the same time, with techniques they can use their whole lives.
